The restaurant is known for its fine Mediterranean cuisine paired with authentic Corsican specialties and offers a relaxed but elegant oceanfront setting. Regularly the atmosphere is enhanced by live entertainment and themed buffets. The wine list complements the cuisine and features some Corsican premier winemakers.
A private dining room adjoining the restaurant with a view of the bay is also available for special occasions.

During the day, as you sunbathe around the pool, a more casual lunch is served. You may be tempted by our selection of local fresh fishes – Propriano is a fishing village- prepared on the grill or a variety of fresh salads, fruits and deserts.
